Recording of the dead!

This topic is quite unusual because I really do not like discussing dead matters but I will say my opinion and include a few references too.

From my opinion, the record of the dead means the time of death of a person. It is usually on record the seconds, minute, hour or death so that reference can be made when necessary.

Some of this things are usually not known to the common man especially the ones the deaths that do not involve crime or further investigation.

This is a definition I saw online:

The legal time of death is the hour, minute, and seconds recorded on a death certificate, as ruled by a Coroner or Medical Examiner or their investigators. This is the time that can get many investigators in hot water, if not recorded correctly. Link

There are procedures and persons responsible for this task and it can be helpful too during an investigation.
