Over the Summit...

Summit is the highest point or part, as of a hill, a line of travel, or any object; top; apex. Link

To be serious, I initially thought the meaning of summit was something else until I checked the meaning in the dictionary.

Seeing the definition of summit, I can imagine the view from the top of the summit. Looking down from above to the view is quite impressive. It is a beautiful sight to behold, this I know for sure.

So over the Summit will be to view the summit towards the other side, but then you have to get to the top in other for you to see over the Summit.
