I don't think there is a major definition for achievement because we all have different goals to accomplish and it is that goal accomplished that makes us achieve what we are set to achieve.
So, achievement is personal based on your Set goals. What you call achievement might not be my definition of achievement.
So, it would be wrong for us to set a standard of achievement to our own level, it is unfair.
Her achievement is her achievement and I really do not want to make it literal, because it might lead to the gender talk. But then, as I have illustrated earlier, achievement is personal. So do not pressure yourself or be in a hurry to impress anyone but be calm and do that which you have in heart to do at your own time.
