Week 8 Reflection
+The hard-hitting tactics from last week helped. Using a site blocker to block my worst time and attention thieves has helped with my overall focus and attention. I'll continue doing this going forward. I went on youtube today and filled up my queue as I've been doing lately- and it sucked. Why have I been doing that to myself?
+Cutting caffeine has been interesting- I've decided to experiment with a month without caffeine to see how my health stats in Oura compares on the same time last year. Outwardly it doesn't look like I do a whole lot different - I drink herbal tea instead of proper tea, and soda instead of energy drinks (though not as much as I did with energy drinks).
+My master thesis is finally gaining some steam again.
-I got a head ache from the no caffeine experiment, this made me tense. Which made me apparently sit and move funny, which made the muscles in my lower body tense and now I'm in bad need of having my stretching goal back.
-Used some standard filter for websites to block, so forgot to remove some web sites I'd like to keep from it.
