What went right?
the good things was unrelated to the task I set, like doing something that pushes me outside of what im usually comfortable with. something personal like feeling closer to faith, exercising more positive thoughts, etc. went on a 4-days streak for morning walks/runs. always feel nice when i did that.
What went wrong?
i really couldn’t work with a structure, left behind on timelines.. numb and rarely feel guilty anymore. so easy to give up and be distracted. when things get too difficult i didnt have anyone to ask or tell anyone about it.
How can I improve?
i really need to start and anything else could follow from that point. dont set up time blocks of when i should start and when i should stop because i kept delaying doing anything.
