My Actifit Report Card: May 29 2024
Things went right! I did everything. I would like to do it a little earlier and go to bed earlier and wake up a little earlier too. At first i was really excited but now it seems I am less excited and more bored with the walks.. maybe I should put my phone on focus mode to enjoy the mornings better.
What can I improve for next time?
I am gonna try to have focused morning walks without screentime/
I am gonna try booking 75 min sessions.. so that i can wake up a bit earlier.
In case if for that week I will be traveling I can use 2 days off (for morning walks only) without breaking my streak and I will still consider it a success. Because I just might have to travel this week but I am unsure.
