My Actifit Report Card: May 17 2024

I more or less managed to get stuff done with a bit more immersion but the fitness needs to be more incorporated in my life. I get too tired. This also applies for journalling. I tend to forget cause I am sleepy. I'm thinking of ways to rest after work without immediately just heading to bed. Practicing is such a joy to me but I just don't have the energy for it some days and I think that's ok? I may not do an hour each time but I've been doing 15-20 mins tops per practice session which is better than nothing. I learned that I'm most chaotic when i don't have work that day. I decided to put an adjustment to that going forward which will also apply to weekends. Not 100% certain if I'm on track with goals, but I would cut them down week 6 onwards as I feel that my tracking skills aren't strong enough to help with my goal maintenance. I think I can make up for it still but it won't be by a lot.
