Saturday training at the Perimetral Runners of Cumaná [ESP|ENG]

Un saludo mi querida comunidad de @hiverun hoy les comparto mi experiencia running de este fin de semana, específicamente la del día sábado con la cual me siento muy activa y comprometida con esta actividad que la he adoptado y le abrí un espacio en mi rutina diaria.

Greetings my dear community of @hiverun today I share with you my running experience this weekend, specifically on Saturday with which I feel very active and committed to this activity that I have adopted and opened a space in my daily routine.

Anteriormente en otra publicación les mostré mi mejor aliada para entrena sin salir de casa y ella es una bicicleta elíptica, ademas de hacer realice recorridos en la urbanización donde vivo sin poder hacer registro de los mismos porque la señal telefónica es pésima, bueno ayer sábado en compañía de mi esposo e hijo salimos a la avenida Perimetral en realidad creo que oscureció demasiado rápido y ademas la afluencia de personas era muy poca y nos dio un poco de miedo quedarnos, porque primeramente esta nuestra seguridad.

Previously in another publication I showed you my best ally to train without leaving home and she is an elliptical trainer, in addition to make routes in the urbanization where I live without being able to register them because the phone signal is lousy, well yesterday Saturday in the company of my husband and son we went to the perimeter avenue actually I think it got dark too fast and also the influx of people was very little and we were a little afraid to stay, because first of all is our safety.

Al llegar primeramente realizamos estiramientos especialmente en el tren inferior y después active mi aplicación Strava para iniciar con el recorrido de mi ruta para la cual me había propuesto alcanzar una distancia de 4 km pero la oscuridad me jugo una mala pasada y aunque me sentía muy bien y logre mejorar el tiempo me tuve que detener en mi distancia habitual que son 3 km, sin embargo culmine mi actividad con mucha satisfacción al igual que el resto del grupo.

Upon arrival we first performed stretching especially in the lower body and then activate my strava application to start with my route for which I had proposed to reach a distance of 4 km but the darkness played a trick on me and although I felt very well and I managed to improve the time I had to stop at my usual distance which is 3 km, however I finished my activity with great satisfaction like the rest of the group.

Ejercitarme en este lugar me gusta mucho por todo lo hermoso que se puede apreciar en su alrededor, aunque para la próxima debo salir un poco mas temprano, para evitar este tipo de inconveniente. Cada día me siento mejor, mas saludable, esta actividad @hiverun ha sido mi motivo de inspiración para estar mas activa y tomarle cariño, tanto así que la he adoptado como parte de mi rutina diaria ya que suma muchas cosas positivas con respecto a mi bienestar.

Exercising in this place I like very much for all the beautiful things that can be seen around it, although for the next one I must leave a little earlier, to avoid this kind of inconvenience. Every day I feel better, healthier, this activity @hiverun has been my inspiration to be more active and take affection for it, so much so that I have adopted it as part of my daily routine because it adds many positive things regarding my well-being.
