My Actifit Report Card: September 3 2024

Hey, Hive community! I’m Eustace-kidd, and I wanted to share my experience of riding home during a stormy night brought on by Typhoon Elmer. It was quite an adventure on my Nmax motorcycle, navigating through the rain and wind!

The Start of the Journey:

I hopped on my Nmax, ready to head home despite the pouring rain and gusty winds. The roads were already slick and shiny, and I knew it wouldn’t be an easy ride, but I had to make it back.

The Weather and Its Impact:

The rain was heavy, and the wind pushed against me, making it tough to keep balance. The headlights of passing cars glared through the mist, and the streetlights were just blurry orbs in the distance. I could barely see the road ahead, and I had to stay focused to avoid any slippery spots or puddles.

Road Conditions:

The roads were nearly deserted, except for a few vehicles moving slowly. Water pooled in the usual spots, and I carefully maneuvered my Nmax around them, trying to keep my tires from slipping. The city felt different in this weather—quiet, almost eerie, but strangely beautiful with the lights reflecting on the wet pavement.

Reaching Home:

After a long, tense ride, I finally made it home. I was drenched, but I felt relieved to be back. It felt good to be safe, warm, and away from the storm outside.
