Harry Wilson: Jurgen Klopp still keep in touch
Liverpool winger, Harry Wilson finds himself out on loan at Bournemouth this season after the inclusion of Xherdan Shaqiri. Wilson says his coach Jurgen Klopp still keep in touch with him even though he is on loan at Bournemouth.
The Welshman singled out the text message he received from his boss after the free kick he smashed into the net against Manchester City in August.
The message Wilson receives from Klopp reads ‘great free-kick!’. Wilson says he was very happy to receive the message from his coach. He claims such message gives a player a boost and shows the coach is keeping an eye on him.
The introduction of Xherdan Shaqiri into Anfield last season ensured that the player can only have playing time on loan.
Shaqiri is a good player that provides Liverpool with quality option as a left-footed player who can comfortably cut in from the right and score from range.
Wilson on the other hand is with less experience and as such was shipped out on loan to gain more experience and improve his game.
Shaqiri has however struggled at Anfield with injury. He has not been able to keep himself fit and probably frustrated right now with his lack of game time.
This might pave way for Wilson when he completes his loan spell at Bournemouth.
The coming season could be a promising one for the player should in case Liverpool decide to use him ahead of Shaqiri.
Wilson needs to keep his head up, keep fighting and impressing at Bournemouth because next season might just be the deal for him.
