RE: when everything important for the day is done before 8 am

Well, it's complicated :)

First I feed two dogs after we came back from the walk. 10 minutes including all preparation and clean up. Actual eating is a couple of seconds.

Then the cat slowly walked from his bed to the backyard door. So I gave him food too. It took him 15 minutes to decide to actually start eating and eat it. Cats take time to enjoy their food :)
