My Actifit Report Card: December 10 2021

My second report on Actifit. This time I made sure of charging my phone fully and activate the aggressive monitoring config on the actifit app.

Glad that I did, it did a lot of difference. Like I went all the way walking to and from my job and got up to 10k of activity with the setting on. While on my first report, with the setting off, I only registered about 3k of activity... And that time I walked about twice or thrice what i walked today.

So yeah, it helped a lot!!
