Último Día entrenamiento del mes / Last training day of month

ESPAÑOL

Ayer en horas de la tarde fue el último entrenamiento del mes de Noviembre, recorrí una distancia de 7 kilómetros.

Pero hicimos algo adicional para cerrar el mes y darle inicio al mes de Diciembre, no solo corrimos fuimos al anochecer a la plaza de Los Palos Grandes.

LA NAVIDAD

Dentro de todo lo que significa la Navidad, unión, bendiciones, aparte de todo eso es una de las épocas más lindas, ya que las decoraciones son una mejor que la otra, en las casas, en la ciudad.

La Plaza Lo Palos Grandes esta muy linda tiene una cortina de luces, y un árbol grande decirado con esferas rojas y cierra a lo alto con una bella estrella brillante.

Cuenta con guirnaldas iluminadaz a los lados y árboles decorados en su tronco.

Esta decoración ha atraído a muchos más visitantes, ya que tuvimos que esperar que algunas personas despejará el área para tomar el turno de la foto.

Del entrenamiento puedo decir que fue satisfactorio y preparo mis piernas para darle el inicio a la Navidad con #HIVErun el día sábado.

Yesterday afternoon was the last training of the month of November, I ran a distance of 7 kilometers.

But we did something additional to close the month and give start to the month of December, not only ran we went at dusk to the plaza of Los Palos Grandes.

CHRISTMAS

The Plaza Lo Palos Grandes is very nice, it has a curtain of lights, and a big tree with red spheres and closes at the top with a beautiful shining star.

It has illuminated garlands on the sides and decorated trees on the trunk.

This decoration has attracted many more visitors, as we had to wait for some people to clear the area to take the photo turn.

From the workout I can say that it was satisfying and I prepare my legs to kick off Christmas with #HIVErun on Saturday.
