Big day in Ghent. Cycled to the Velo City venue, which is also a velodrome.

Walked a lot and spoke a lot of people there. Also, I went to many presentations. Then a quick ride to the hotel to freshen up before going to the famous dinner party. Ate and danced a lot, so both calories gained and lost...
