Cycling Sunday
Really back into the usual routine. Did a long cycling training with the team. It went okay, but the high heart rate tells me that I did lose quite a bit of condition. Here are the full stats:
Added some steps doing groceries, resulting in 33k steps for the day. Not bad at all!
