My Actifit Report Card: January 24 2020

Another good count for yesterday although it's not 10k but it's still ok.

First a flower to bring some colours into these gloomy days. I wanted to buy a pot of flowers but unfortunately had too much to carry home and no room for the flower. The next day when I went back to buy one the price was double. Nice try I thought.

This is my cycling training from yesterday. It was funny as I don't know how I did, honestly. I'm usually setting the screen to km and monitoring only the distance as it's annoying to see the screen jump from one information to the other every 20 seconds.

Yesterday I sent the screen to minutes instead of km and realized only when I was at 6 or so. Then switched the tension control level to 2. So most of the pedaling was done at level 2.

25km to go, I hope I can do it all today although today it's going to be a bust day as usual but still, I'm going to try.
