Esa búsqueda en mi caso me llevó a Argentina, país sudaméricano en dónde a principios de los 2000' hubo un club que me cautivó con lo logrado en ese entonces, y no es para menos, el club Atlético Boca Juniors, quién ganó copas libertadores, copas locales, campeonatos de liga y la de mas peso, la copa intercontinental frente a rivales de la categoría cómo las del Real Madrid y el AC Milan, doblegandolos a ambos para aumentar así mis deseos de continuar viendo sus pasos en el gran mundo del fútbol hasta hoy em día, no lo sigo como antes pero me ha quedado ese presente que creo no olvidaré jamás.

Lo que quiero resaltar en esta publicación, es el significado de este club para Argentina y el mundo, es un once titular que siempre está en la boca de todos, una historia muy rica que va más allá de las propias fronteras Argentinas, una pasión de parte de sus más fieles seguidores, que semana a semana llenan el estadio Alberto J. Les digo todo esto, para meterlos un poco en contexto sobre un tema que también quiero abordar, y es sobre la forma en cómo eligen a sus directivos o a las personas que les toca llevar las riendas del club, durante un período de tiempo estipulado, si bien es un método de elecciones entre socios conocidos por muchos y también utilizado por la gran mayoría de los clubes a nivel mundial, son prácticas en la cuál se debe tener cuidado y algún conocimiento, sobre quien va a administrar tus bienes durante un lapso de tiempo, porque no es lo mismo tener a un profesional en el cargo, a tener una persona de renombre.

Hace cuatro años, salió a la palestra un ex jugador muy querido por el mundo de Boca, Juan Román Riquelme, el se ha quedado con las elecciones de aquel entonces y ha transcurrido en un periodo, que según muchos, ha llevado al club a la decadencia, se podría decir que no se han conseguido lo resultados esperados, pero algo si tiene el pibe, y es popularidad, no es para menos, como jugador, ganó todos los títulos habidos y por haber con Boca, pero como lo dije en la sección anterior, no es lo mismo ser un jugador a ejercer un cargo de oficina.

Esa popularidad lo ha llevado nada mas y nada menos que ha repetir como presidente por cuatro años más en la recientemente elecciones celebradas dentro del club, luego de una intensa campaña electoral frente Mauricio Macri, ha ganando de manera arbrumadora, dejándonos a entender, que no importa lo mal que te pueda ir en tu gestión, si no que lo mas importante es tener a la hinchada contenta, parece increíble, pero esto parece más populismo que resultados efectivos, si bien como club no han caído en lo mas bajo deportivamente hablando, el fanatismo es algo que fácilmente te podría llevar a la ruina.

El populismo ha acabado con sociedades, si hechamos un vistazo al mundo político, vemos muchos ejemplos en Sudamérica en dónde ha hecho estragos, y aunque ésto también es política, es un fenómeno que es muy difícil de controlar, y mas en un aficionado Argentino y de Boca, cuya intensidad es bárbara, resulta algo con dificultad de ver, cuando consigues un resultado donde rompes records en un porcentaje y cantidad de votos totales, que supera a cualquier otra elección realizada en otro club en el mundo, eso, déjenme decirles amigos, es algo muy dañino.

Que tu equipo esté mal y nada te importe mas que la figura de un hombre que ya fue, suena duro y tal y más para mí, que fuí su fiel seguidor, pero éso no está bien, creo y pienso que el aficionado de Boca, se está cegando por algo que ya pasó, o está viviendo de un pasado que ya no tiene mucho que ver con el mundo actual del club, están en todo su derecho en elegir a quien quieran y sentir ese afecto por el, fueron muchos votos conseguidos, y eso tiene que significar algo, pero cada cosa en su sitio, esperando que los buenos resultados lleguen, por el bien de Boca y el fútbol sudamericano y mundial.
