My Actifit Report Card: February 15 2025
Since moving here I've found that I am getting settled into a routine where nothing much happens, wake up, exercise, do some work, exercise, munch throughout the day and not see many people in person. Today was such a day. Walked six miles but not weight training nor running. I think I will keep weights during Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays, with running on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Kinda just want a relaxing weekend.
No longer competing in any sports so no real need to go the extra distance.
