My Actifit Report Card: October 17 2024
TFI Friday... But wait, it's not Friday! DArni, I spent most of today working as though it was Friday then to my horror I discovered it is Thursday.... UGH.
So, what to say? I woke up, put clothes on, ate some food, then went for a 2-mile walk, came back did some work, lifted weights, then walked another 3 miles, 2 miles out I noticed a hole in my shoe then hobbled my way back home.
Not much else to write about, its been a day of countless meetings, e-mails, and the annoyingness of Winter.
Anyway, here's my cat from about 2am this morning, he wanted to go out in the backdoor ( there's a catflap in the front) then sat there for 30 mins freezing the house. He's adorable but weird.
