My Actifit Report Card: August 22 2024

Greetings fellow Actifiters!💪

So far this week the weather has been terrible! Todays plans of a 7 mile run were cancelled as I didnt want to end up 4 miles out and caught up in a shower.

However, I managed two short walks totalling about 4.5 miles.

Here's a quick picture that I took between an interlude in the rain.

So not much to report, tomorrow will be weight training and maybe a run but it depends on the weather.
