DĂa de entrenamiento 🥰






EmpezĂł mi semana un dĂa despuĂ©s de lo habitual, y es porque de pronto enfermĂ© el dĂa lunes, estuve acostada solamente descansando del malestar que tenĂa.
Hoy arranqué mis entrenamientos y de la mejor manera, motivada y enfocada. Porque sigo creyendo que son las herramientas que me ayudarán a ser mejor en lo que hago.
Ahora si voy con post más estadĂsticos, porque son necesarios para el movimiento #HiveRun. Si no sabes de quĂ© trata todo lo que estamos creando aquĂ la presentaciĂłn del proyecto

Estoy feliz porque he mantenido esos 5km o por lo menos he estado en el rango, inclinando a aumentar. No solo la resistencia sino la distancia. Eso me llena de orgullo.
Quiero estar cada dĂa mejor y sĂ© que el ejercicio ayudará a que lo logre.
Estos post de deporte me tienen en un cĂrculo que me gusta, pero quiero activarme en otras tareas que me gusta crear.

My week started a day later than usual, and it is because I suddenly got sick on Monday, I was lying down just resting from the discomfort I had.

I'm happy because I've maintained that 5km or at least been in range, leaning to increase. Not only the endurance but the distance. That fills me with pride.
I want to be better every day and I know that exercise will help get me there.
These sports posts have me in a circle that I like, but I want to get active in other tasks that I like to create.
