Challenge #21days running - Hive Run - 01
Sigo sin mi teléfono móvil, el que me permite tomar mis fotos en el gimnasio, sin embargo algo se capturo con mi dispositivo anterior 🤣 menos mal que no decidí regalarlo 🤣
Los días martes entreno fuerza, especialmente enfocado parte inferior, realmente lo hago porque soy alta de piernas delegadas, según como me veo, ahora que he estado enfocada en el gimnasio también estoy ejercitando prestando atención en las zonas de mi cuerpo para entrenar de forma ordenada.

Al ser día de entrenamiento de pesas, no pensé en correr, pero @elmerlin nos sorprendió con un reto y me uní. Ya tengo varias semanas trabajando para mejorar el tiempo de los 5km, así que este reto me va a ayudar a llevar este trabajo a otro nivel.
Aunque el reto es publicar momentos usando @liketu yo mantendré la publicación para llevar mis estadísticas 😍😍 quizás me salte alguna publicación, pero trataré en lo que pueda publicar.

De lunes a viernes entreno solo en la máquina de correr, hasta el fin de semana que salgo al asfalto o a algún parque para entrenar y poder medir mi verdadero ritmo.
Lo importante es cumplir de verdad con el entrenamiento, los resultados se notan cuando participamos en las carreras.

I'm still without my cell phone, the one that allows me to take my pictures at the gym, however something was captured with my previous device 🤣 good thing I didn't decide to give it away 🤣.
On Tuesday days I strength train, especially focused lower body, I really do it because I am tall legged delegate, according to how I look, now that I have been focused in the gym I am also working out paying attention on my body areas to train in an orderly fashion.
Being weight training day, I didn't think about running, but @elmerlin surprised us with a challenge and I joined. I already have several weeks working on improving my 5km time, so this challenge is going to help me take this work to another level.

From Monday to Friday I train alone on the running machine, until the weekend when I go out to the asphalt or to a park to train and to be able to measure my real pace.
The important thing is to really stick to the training, the results are noticeable when we participate in races.
Every line I record from my workouts I see progress and that makes me very happy. Creating this chart reminds me of the work I have done, soon I will unify the year 2023 and 2024 to visually keep track of all the journey done 🤩.
