My Actifit Report Card: July 19 2019

Yesterday i tried to hit the 10000 mark but i couldn't make it and yesterday was a perfect opportunity for me to not only hit 10000 mark but cross it as i went on shopping and errand for my wife and went to child school to pick him up.

Yesterday actifit activity i partake in was walking a long distance, playing and dancing with my children and doing some house chore and cooking.

There is always a next day and its ok if you could not make 10k. Make it next day.
