After some technical and psychological maneuvering in this game I played yesterday, Black has made important progress, and if he plays correctly, he can capitalize. However, there are two possible paths: advance the pawn to e4 or infiltrate the king and capture the white pawns. Only one of the two approaches guarantees victory.
