My Actifit Report Card: May 20 2023

Hello everyone reading my report, this is my Saturdays report on how I spent my day.

When I woke up this morning the first thing I did was to do a little press up to free my body, then a little jogging and running around the compound after that I went on to play football for some hours, after playing football I went and fetched some waters for my consumption.
I did some shopping too, I bought some food stuff. I did some walking around my compound and room too.

Infact of all activities that I didn't today, walking was the highest, I did more of walking. I did many things and I'm thankful to God.
