My Actifit Report Card: October 20 2024

Hello everyone, i'm so excited to be back here after like a year plus. Just downloaded the #actifit App from playstore reactivated everything back, really missd all my tracks and field events, well i'm not much of a sport guy but i've being busy lately with work however, i will return to being me a again.

One of the good thing about actifit tracking my activities is that it helps me do more, like a reminder, and helps to push me more ahead,

My routine basically every morning includes home workout like push ups seat ups, weight lifting, squating, and lots others today is weekend and sunday so didn't workout just got up bath went to church and get back.

However to round things up after i woke up from my nap by 4pm Cat. I went out to a viewing centre to watch the clash between Liverpool and chelsea at Anfield and it was a moment,

The two England rivalry will never stop at bringing you topnotch football experience, 😄....Liverpool got the first with a penalty shoot scored by Sallah chelsea responded with a goal by jackson then liverpool clap back with a swift respond by Curtis Jones, i kinda liked the way curtis positioned and control the ball then with just a little tap at the tip sends it straight into the net 😆😉....fantastic play right there....

A quick look at the #EPL table shows liverpool at the top of the game with man City following up and Arsenal third place and Aston villa at the fourth place, thats like the top four for now.

Predictions still stands in favour of #mancity to win the EPL ?...is that possible whats your take on that hit me up in the comment section lets dialog....for now its a bye bye...
