Hace unos días les había comentado que decidí dejar el gimnasio por el costo de la membresía y también por el cambio de horario, en el cual mi entrenador no estaba disponible. Esa es la mejor actitud, cuando por situaciones adversas no podemos entrenar en el gym, esa banda se ve de buena calidad, entrenar en casa es muy práctico, solo debes ser disciplinada y tener las ganas de seguir mejorando, sigamos dando caso de uso de nuestros HBD, saludos 🤗😘
