Juventus experience shock defeat as sassoulo claim all three points
It was a hard fought battle in Italian Seria A as Massimiliano Allegri’s 200th Serie A match in charge as a manager of Juventus ended in disappointment, as his side experience shock defeat to Sassuolo in a 2-1 defeat at home.
The match which saw the host pressurizing their opponent and also Suffocating the visitors for much of the first half, dominating possession and creating a number of golden opportunities without finding a breakthrough with all results to no avail.

The second half started in a good note as well as the host continue with their style of play by putting pressure on the away side to find their way back in the game, but no sooner had they re-emerged from the tunnel as Sassuolo nearly made it 2-0, with an effort from Giacomo Raspadori curling an effort just past the far post which failed to convert.
However, their host Juventus had been unbeaten in their previous 11 matches against Sassuolo and with the opposition’s delivering threat, they immediately stepped up their game intensity levels. The host high intensity level of play paved way for them after much pressure mounted on the away side, as Massimiliano Allegri’s side drew level from a well-worked set-piece from Dybala whose whipped cross found its way onto the head of McKennie, who made no mistake by converting it with a fine header to put the host back on track and also scoring his first league goal of the season for Juventus.
With the host equalizer to make it 1-1, they continue to push harder to find a winner by mounting more pressure on the away side, but it was the visitors who found the winner in the last minute of added time with Maxime Lopez securing all three points for sassoulo.
