To The Swimming Pool
Hello dearest Actifiters and Hivers of the world!
Today is swimming pool routine time again, and I am more than ready for it! Bring it!
The routine:
- Warm-up: 200m Chest + Freestyle
- 100m Dolphin Kicks + Chest Armful
- 100m Dolphin Kicks + Freestyle Armful
- 50 Freestyle with Fists (!!)
- 100m Back
- Relaxation: 200m Combined Slow
Total: 750m
Today it was different. Despite less distance, the nature and form of the combination set for the routine was of high impact and intensity, demanding a lot of energy from ourselves.
Personally, it amazed me how closed fists when swimming Freestyle tremendously reduces the displacement while increasing the shoulder work.
I'm exhausted.
