Back to Business!

So, today it was another swimming pool day, and surprise! My coach not only encouraged me to move forward after the Covid forced pause, but also promoted me!!

So, officially from now on, I am a yellow-cap swimmer (I was a red-cap one) 😁🟡

Today's new routine included:

  • 4 x 100m in each style: Freestyle, Back, Chest and Butterfly (still struggling with Butterfly)
  • 200m One-sided, total 400m
  • 200m Crossing sides, total 400m
  • 100m free as recovery, I did it in chest.

A very intense day, I'm so tired! Yet, I cannot hide this smile from my face.

@arkpb also got promoted today. I'm so proud of us!!!

Yes! When I've had to stop swimming because of Covid I felt I was never gonna make it back. Now I'm the last of my line, but in a more advanced line, so it's awesome. I also started at the last spot, yet I managed to pass two guys so I wasn't the last anymore.

Couldn't feel more motivated 😜
