Short run on December 31
Yesterday I did my last run of the year and the first in a month and a half. It was a short run, just 7 k but it was a really hard one.
After the first 1 K I was exhausted. But I kept running and finished the 7 K. It is surprisingly easy how you can lose your pace and speed in just a few weeks if you don't train.
I stopped training because I got sick in the middle of November (not covid) and then we went on a trip to NYC and then we just got lazy.
Let's see if I can get up early and go for a run. See you soon.
