My Actifit Report Card: July 29 2024

This post is more of an update and not a report since things have happened so random the past 3 days. I also got used to posting everyday now that I kinda miss it especially when we prepared really good food. This is more of my food report than an activity report. But hey, what's activities if you don't have a good fuel system right?! 😜

I've made good progress with eating healthy mainly by using things in the refrigerator rather than ordering in. Here's a sample: sandwich made from some veggies and cheese! Simple and delicious.

Then we had to travel to meet our friends during the weekend, so, I tried this mini idli Manchurian. It was very spicy and saucy. Tasted good but I regretted later because it was burning my stomach the whole night.


I did skip the gym but walked a bit. Then I got a bit stressed out of planning a quick trip. I had to go to Kerala and come back on the same day. So, everything else was of least priority.

As I'm writing this, I'm on my trip back to Bangalore and everything so far went good. I must tell you it is raining in Kerala pretty bad. Evern though it is all green now I'm scared of the floods and safety issues. Here's a glimpse of what it looks like to be here now.

So, I left Bangalore in the morning around 5.20 and reached Kerala around 3.30. Now I've started my trip at 7 and will reach back at 5 in the morning. That's such an efficient trip I've ever planned so far 💪🏼
