My Actifit Report Card: October 28 2023
It’s the weekend and our kitchen is closed for good! It’s amazing that I could reach my goal of 10K steps even when I’m with my friends. Dedication bruhh!
Here’s how the day went in terms of food though!
We had Masala dosa for breakfast. The next meal was at 7 PM since I was at a meeting the entire evening.
I had a shawarma and a Kerala snack called unnakaya. It is a coconut-jaggery filling inside steamed plantine. It tased really good. I love snacks from Kerala.
For dinner, I had chapathi and paneer butter masala-homemade from my friend’s place. It was so yum. I love how soft the chapathi and curry tastes when it is made by experts!
