My Actifit Report Card: October 21 2023

Day 1 started off nice and here's how the food break down. I asked chat gpt for the meal plan and it suggested grilled chicken, rice and vegetables. Since my friend was cooking the food today, I had the chicken curry and rice. A little spinach too.

For the dinner, gpt suggested rice and quinoa with some greens. But, salmon is not that easily available here and I don't want to get on a diet which I can't follow. So, I searched for the alternatives.
It turns out, sea kelp and flaxseed are the ones. Again, I'm not sure where to get sea weed or kelp here. Flaxseed for the win!
Dinner was again the same curry, porotta and cucumber.
Then came the hard part of the day: sweets. It's the festival season and there are these boxes of sweets displayed everywhere. We got one and i had a few pieces of them as well.
