My Actifit Report Card: October 20 2023

Every time I think of a restart in life, getting fit and healthy is the first step for me. I get inspiration to build the routine of following something when there's time restriction.

I've used Actifit in the past for the same since the report restarts at exact 12 AM every day. I went through my previous records and was surprised to see I've published more than 100 reports on Actifit when I was active on social media in 2020.

I've been MIA online for more than two years now. Now, when I'm planning to be active with social media again, I couldn't think of a better app than Actifit to keep track of my fitness journey. The goal is to keep 10k steps a day and eat healthy.
