Playing With Fire…….My Actifit Report Card: January 8 2025

At night, when the last bit of light is gone from the sky and we suddenly realize it’s heading toward 59 degrees in the living room, we strike a match to the fire! When I’m at work, @silvertop is inside and outside so much that it’s kind of pointless to light it prior to evening. Whenever I retire though, I’m not going to be able to keep it that cool during winter! We WILL definitely burn more firewood then, lol!

Work was busy for me today. A new Medicare advantage plan is in our county and it’s being a bit of a headache. I spent over 45 minutes on the phone today trying to iron out information. All that led to was that I have to make another probably just as lengthy call tomorrow to figure it out.

Such is life-but I was able to clear tomorrow morning so I would be able to make that call. 😁

The sad thing is that I had a fire video for viewing, but 3Speak is on the blitz-AGAIN! 🙄

There's something magical about lighting a fire and feeling its warmth take over the room, especially when the temperatures start to dip. 🕯️ While keeping it at 59 degrees makes sense when there's a lot of coming and going, I can see why you'd want to keep it cozier once you sleep, sis. You’ll definitely be burning more firewood and enjoying that toasty ambiance. For now, those evening fires must be a delightful way to end the day!
