Where Exactly Did Spring Go?…..My Actifit Report Card: March 5 2024

As you can tell by the condition of the pond, spring apparently is missing in action! Two weeks ago, it was sort of t-shirt weather. Today it dipped into the mid twenties overnight. Brrrrr!🥶

My day was spent in the morning at ladies Bible study. It was a good study and fellowship. 😇

In the afternoon, @silvertop was once again working on our gate opener as I couldn’t get in the driveway when I came home because it had stopped working. It has a bit of age on it and keeps getting water inside the unit, so as he was working on it, I was looking for an affordable unit. I found it and ordered it. It will arrive Saturday. In the meantime, he did get it functioning again. This is like the 6th time he’s had to work on it as in as many weeks. I think it’s time. 😏

You might remember the torch project I showed a few pics of last week. Here’s a picture of the whole thing. The unit with the drawers in it was what I bought off Amazon. The shelf it’s sitting on, the 3 rectangular open boxes and the 3 boxes with lids (small, medium, and large) are the items I purchased from Hobby Lobby and torched myself. I like the way it turned out! 😁

That’s gonna be it for today. Tomorrow brings work with a fully loaded day. Yippee? 😏
