A Frosty Tuesday Morning……..My Actifit Report Card: November 14 2023

It was colder than I expected this morning as I soon found out upon awakening. Outside, it was 31; inside, 62! We turned on the mini split to take the edge off as I hurried to get a shower. I’d wanted to get up early so I could print the postage label for a coffee shipment and I thought I’d try to get some training and learning done for the new office software. Foiled again! 😏 I got the label done, but by the time I got the coffees made, there wasn’t enough time to get into it. It was however time to head to ladies Bible study. Afterwards, it was a quick run to the post office and then home.

I started the training and actually got into the sandbox to mess around with how it functions. It has more steps than the old software, but once I’m further into it, I think it’s going to be very helpful. After about an hour and a half, I was ready for a break! We set out for a shorty hike.

Once we reached the pond, I found the frosty first picture I took. The sun apparently never made it here today to clear off the frost from last night. We the turned and headed back. @silvertop had taken the alternative driveway while Jan and I took the one we normally travel. We stopped up by the garden to wait for him and I’m glad we did. I went up just a little incline towards an area we always pass by. I was drawn by the fact there were dandelions blooming there! Odd given the time of year and the temps. I found a white dandelion getting ready to bloom. I’d never seen a white one before!

Based on a top side looking down shot, it appears it will have a yellow center.

Very odd! I also found a plethora of mini ‘shrooms growing everywhere.

There are couple of larger ‘shrooms as well, but not huge or anything.

Someone was hungry!

Tomorrow will be here soon enough which brings my ‘Monday’ on. We’re booked and I’m sure it will be a busy day! That’s it for now…..until tomorrow! 🙏🇮🇱🇺🇦
