Nothing Going On Here.......My Actifit Report Card: May 10 2023
Nothing going on here! Well, that’s not to say it wasn’t a busy day because it was! It was just a bit of a long day and not exciting is all. Just another work day.
I have come to the conclusion that a few of the people I deal with need hearing aids as there seems to be a bit of an epidemic of ‘selective hearing’ going on. For example, if you say each box of six contacts is $95 and you need one for each eye, they think the bill is $95. I have learned to re-ask what the patient wants or to recite the order back to them for confirmation, and yet they still don’t hear. 🙄 I think I’m going to just recite grand totals going forward. 😏 It might keep me out of trouble, lol! 🤣
