My Day With........My Actifit Report Card: April 11 2023

My day with @actifit-lamb! Well….mostly! 😁

After I got up this morning and was showered and coffee-ed, I worked on my indoor African Violet greenhouse. They needed to be pruned of the dead leaves and drench watered. I changed the plant trays out for a rectangle tray that holds more than just one plant and looks better too.

Then I began pulling music for this coming Sunday’s church service, as it’s our turn to lead. I set up the equipment and @actifit-lamb was clamoring to join in, hence the first picture. She enjoys being in the thick of things!

After practice and a quick run to the post office to pick up the clinic mail, we took a hike. Jan came with.

We headed up to the off grid cabin, up the High Trail, and then descended the Floor Trail to Keith and Lynne’s driveway and then on home. Looks like Keith is getting the new solar array system started. Check out @silvertop’s post tomorrow as I’m sure he will go check out the progress. The day had begun rainy, but had morphed into this…….

@actifit-lamb didn’t go for the hike, but was at home eagerly awaiting my investigation of the new garden tool set I’d ordered. If you remember last year, she was a great help in the garden! This is one of the most complete sets of tools I’ve run across.

All of this for just $23. I had priced some tools at a local store and just one trowel, one rake and one set of clippers would cost around $25.

It even came with lamb sized tools!

It came with gloves that have plastic claws on the fingertips which will be great for digging into the dirt with.

All the better for hanging on to @actifit-lamb! 😁

Needless to say, she can’t wait for warmer, sunnier weather so she can help plant the garden!

That’s gonna be it for now. Tomorrow finds me headed to work for my ‘Monday’. It’s sure to be busy!
