Happy St. Patrick’s Day! ☘️ Why do we celebrate? It celebrates St. Patrick and the arrival of Christianity in Ireland as well as the people and culture. Around here I learned early that if you don’t wear green on St. Patrick’s Day, they pinch you! Never mind my eyes are cat eye green, folks would still get me, lol! So today, I went to work prepared with my green shirt and shamrock earrings. No pinching here! 😁☘️
Work today was very busy. I learned late last night that I’d be on my own for the day. No helper. In some regards good as no office chitchat, but also no one to help if I got slammed. I made the most of it though and actually kept things up. 😎👍
When I got home, we practiced the music for Sunday. @actifit-lamb wanted to sing, and jumped up on my keyboard to have a go with the mic.
She loves to participate!
For those of you who haven’t met @actifit-lamb, go check her out! She’s quite interesting with her viewpoint and opinions. Granted, she’s not posted in a long time, but it’s hard to get computer time with the influx of relatives, like we’ve had. Her family has grown exponentially over the past year or so! She’s looking forward to the hiking season this year. We will have to limit the number of family members as we can only comfortably get 6 or less in the backpack. Problem is, they ALL want to go and there’s about 30 of them now!😅 They don’t make a backpack big enough nor one I could carry if it did fit them all, lol!
Anyway, that’s an adventure for another day!
