My Actifit Report Card: February 7 2023

This is what happens when you……….
More on this in a minute, but first, today’s highlights!

My day began at ladies Bible study. It was to be my last until March 7th when my work schedule will return to normal. I will miss the study and the ladies!

Once home, we soon set out for a hike. Jan came with. It was a stop and visit with the neighbors sort of day. First we ran into Mike who lost his wife in December. A little further up the road, ran into David and talked in passing. Then further up, it was Jerry and his pack of dogs! Four of them to be precise. Max the black one and Lilly the brown one, we’ve know for a while. They are a bit of a wild and rambunctious pack, lol. Jan would put her hands down to ward them off and they would take that as open season for getting a pat. @silvertop and I knew better, so we kept our hands out of their space.

Jerry took off on his 3 wheeler for home and so did all the dogs except for Lilly. She wanted a hike! Here she is up at the off grid cabin with us.

We set out to head back down and when we got to her driveway, she hesitated and then decided we needed an escort home! About a quarter mile or a little less from home, another neighbor gathering was happening consisting of Chris, Jeff and Mike-the neighbor we’d visited with earlier. Lilly was beside herself with so many people to play with! Unfortunately Chris doesn’t like dogs and told her to go home, which she promptly did. Must have been the tone of voice he used.

Anyway, back to the first pic of this post. Yes, this is Cyle, who had just finished partaking of some kitty nip-a special ‘shroom variety!

This particular cat toy company blends a couple of catnip varieties for the ultimate kitty high!

And, you saw the end result-light’s on but nobody was home effect! 🙀

Tomorrow begins my workweek.
