My Actifit Report Card: July 23 2022

Hey everybody and thanks 🙏 for stopping by today! 😸😻😽 Happy Caturday! 🐈‍⬛🐈

First things first! @silvertop was out of coffee!🙀🙀🙀 We had been given over a year ago, some coffee as a gift. He’d been trying to drink that stuff but it smelled awful to me and he assured me it tasted just as bad. He didn’t want to run the roasters in the heat of the day, so it fell to me this morning. When I was done, I made him a latte and then asked him what he was willing to pay for it. He said $100.00!! I said -SOLD! 👩‍⚖️ Any more takers? 😁

Then I watered my veggies and flowers. Once that was done, it was time to play with my new toy! Check out yesterday’s post for a pic of the mystery package. Here’s what was inside……

I finally purchased something I’ve been wanting for a long time-a camera!

Keeping in mind that I’ve not owned any digital camera other than what’s been with my iPhones, I was looking for a package; something with a decent zoom and wide angle, and something that had a few more options. After researching I ended up with this Kodak PixPro AZ401. There were tons of options out there and although I wanted originally, a DLSR, I decided pretty quickly that I needed more of an entry level camera to start; just to see if I enjoy a different way of taking photos and something a bit simpler to start. Price was a factor as well. So far I’ve been pleased with the kit and the camera. For ease of posting my posts, I’ve not included any pics taken today. I’ve got to get things going on my Mac Air and see what ways I can get my photos back to this phone I’m posting with since the actifit app is where the post originates from.

I also purchased a camera vest that securely holds the camera 📷 while hiking 🥾 without having to worry about it whacking into me or dropping it.

I’m looking forward new photography adventures!

@actifit-lamb came with us on our hike to Towhee Ridge today. She said she needed some ‘mom & dad’ time without her huge family tagging along! She’s not used to such a big herd!

As you can see, it was a beautiful 🤩 ☀️ day!

Church ⛪️ in the morning and then it seems like a round of shopping at the store as @silvertop needs some things for the garage.
