My Actifit Report Card: June 22 2022

Hey everybody and thanks 🙏 for stopping by! 😎👍🫠
I hope everybody had a wonderful day! Mine was a busy “Monday” for me. It was also a bit harder; being home with my back out of sorts allows me to do stuff, rest and do a little more and so on. Being at work kept me fairly captive in my chair which in turn, kind of locked me up. So, whereas I’m better, I’m also stiffer and still have a moderate amount of pain. I’m still crooked, too, lol! 🤣

I was kept longer this evening at work due to the doc running behind and because our last patient was a talker. It was almost 6 PM by the time I got out and headed to the drive thru mailbox 📫 at the post office 🏤 Consequently, my steps reflect my captivity. 🙄

That’s gonna be it for now. Tomorrow finds me with a me, myself and I day, but I have a frame rep and a first timer, so I’ll be busy. Take care and have a blessed evening. Please continue to pray for Ukraine 🇺🇦
