My Actifit Report Card: April 2 2025
Hello everyone!
It was holiday yesterday. I should have join my friends in FS and in doing general cleaning of our hall but I was not okay. Anxiety kicked in and it made me idle the whole morning. I just dragged myself out of the bed in the afternoon and did some cleaning in our bathroom upstairs. I felt better as I brushed every corner. Cleaning and organizing always makes me happy and satisfied. I also cooked a bounteous serving of pasta and shared it to some of my friends. I believe it was delicious so I pigged out too. I also bought overload sized halo-halo for everyone in the house. I found myself guilty for indulging too much so I went to the sport center with my brother and burned the calories I gained. I was wearing my new pair of slippers and wanted to walk more. However, my slippers failed in sustaining comfort for my feet. 🥹
