My Actifit Report Card: March 23 2025
Hello everyone,
I love the weekend now because make-up classes are over. In the morning, I joined my family in FS. Then, I visited an acquaintance after. I got home at around 1 pm. My right leg muscles were sore so I just laid on my bed. I was feeling low and restless. I told my husband that I needed a mood lifter so we went to the beach in the afternoon. The sound of the waves, fresh air, and the beautiful sunset gave us the sense of peace and tranquility.
My right leg was still aching in the evening but I insisted on doing a long walk. We walked on the boulevard to the town and had a simple dinner there. A day well spent indeed.
