My Actifit Report Card: September 4 2022
Hello everyone!
I failed to remember to make and post my report yesterday, again. My back pain is just really bad. All I want to do is lay down, rest, and not think of anything . But I couldn't laze around even on Sundays. We're attending our meetings weekly so we should finish our chores before lunchtime. I helped my husband in doing the laundry and we finished at 10:30 am. Then, I prepared our meal.
After the meeting, we went to our family house for a while. I have received orders in my online shop so I arranged the shipment. I also tried to use this BP apparatus that my brother bought for family use. Then we returned to my husband's residence.
My other in-laws came to visit in the evening. So, we prepared food for dinner.

Oh no, I feel bad for you. I hope that your back pain will go away.
My advice for you is to continue being active, even though you have back pain/ maybe you could also see a PT nearby just to help you.
