My Actifit Report Card: July 13 2022

Hello everyone!

I have done quite a lot today. My routine is gradually returning to normal. I was able to sweep the floor, cook for lunch, and get out of the house without wearing a bandage or arm sling, only arm sleeve. I went to the bank but I didn't make it. Closing time is 4 pm. But I have talked to a staff and inquired about the process. Then, I went straight to the police station to get a clearance. However, the one in-charge went home early. I still wouldn't get a clearance because they told me that I need to make an appointment online.

Even though I didn’t get anything done, I'm still happy. I walked back home because it's only 850 meters away. I passed by the town plaza.

When I got home, I continued burning calories. I joined the trail and walked around the block.
