Happy Monday everyone!
I did a lot of work in the house today. After attending to the needs of my husband, I walked for 30 minutes this morning. Aside from cooking, doing the dishes, and cleaning the house, I earned my count by playing with our nephews this afternoon. First, we played badminton. Then, when they got bored, we shifted to basketball. I was drenched with sweat after.
