Amazingly She is making this decition, all by herself and not beeing coherse to do it, and she is very okay, not thinking nor woried about, nothing.
Ash Barty as we know is the world best women's tennis player, like i said her decision is a shock and surprised to the world of sport, This is when many are thinking that she will be making more waves but instead she is retiring, and of all the age, at 25, guest what, she is just two months down the line after winning her third Grand Slam singles title.
Tennis has given me all of my dreams plus more but I know that the time is right now for me to step away.
I don't have the physical drive, the emotional want and everything it takes to challenge myself at the very top level any more. I am spent," she explained in a short interview with her friend and former doubles partner Casey Dellacqua.
Barty in 2019 the French Open, she also won Wimbledon as well as the Australian Open in Melbourne Park as at last year. we know that in 44 years Australlia has not won at their home event but Ash Barty became the first Australian player to win at her home event, She did that in January and was able to beat down about four U.S. tennis stars.
Barty, in her explanation said that she wanted to other dreams of hers, I do believe that Barty in the last few years has spent her days awy from her family, I also do believe that many in the world of sport and every other aspect of endeavours, should also take note of this very fact, that in as much as we make money, we also need to take some time, to attain to yourself and family, I have seen many femours sport ladies and gentlement who most times dont live longer after retirement from active games.
I also want to say that if she had achieve this in this young age, what ever dream of hers that she wants to engage, will also do better.
I wish her the very best in what ever dream og her interest, even as she will spent more time with her family and friends, thanks for having me @ekotmordemy, glad to be back to sportstalksocial after a long while.
We can only thank her for the joy she has given us and the history she has made. It's a shocking decision but it has to be respected.
sure my brother, that should be done
She will be fine.
While I am not familiar with her specific situation I have seen some documentaries about hot tennis is a wildly stressful sport and has horrible impacts on the people involved in it. As observers, we tend to just look at the incredible amounts of money that they make but I think sometimes we need to take a step back and realize that these stars are people too and money cant buy your sanity back. The stress gets to them badly and most stars would agree that it has taken a toll on their family and personal lives.
Absolutely true, no amount of money can bring back sanity, for her it will be an amazing time her personal live and family. thanks for having me.
